Lanre Smith served as the Director of Publishing and over saw the publishing of a signature Luxury lifestyle magazine, TRAMP MAGAZINE in the United Kingdom. A monthly magazine, it dealt with everything to do with Luxury lifestyle from 2002 to 2004. He traded actively as a day trader on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) before relocating to Nigeria in 2009. He currently serves on the board of several companies in the hospitality, Oil & Gas and Technology industries in Nigeria and manages the affairs of Worldbay Technologies Ltd as CEO.

Obi Ikegulu has held executive leadership positions over the past 20 years in the Financial, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunication and Consulting Industries. As Chief Technical Officer at WorldBay Technology Obi is responsible for designing and implementing complex infrastructures that underpin key banking government and telecommunications and private sector solutions whilst setting up technical strategies researching new technologies and supporting the consulting and architect communities. Obi has served as a mentor and executive coach for many IT entrepreneurs in various industries. He is an accomplished public speaker who has delivered keynote presentations at many major industry conferences, runs leadership workshops for organizations and writes blogs for various technology websites.

After obtaining a B.Sc. in Finance from the University of Illinois, USA he began his career as a Cost Analyst with Lante Corporation (e-Business Consultants), where he administered a $7 million office construction budget during the company’s expansion into eight additional cities. In 2001, he was promoted to become the company’s sole Financial Analyst and assessed the performance of the money market instruments and equity securities, which comprised the treasury department’s $56 million investment portfolio. He was also charged with providing weekly performance reports which measured each consultant’s level of productivity as well as the company’s revenue generation. During this period, he performed various additional accounting functions such as fixed asset management, expense tracking, and assisting in determining the company’s tax and insurance liability. From 2006 – 2013, he was with United Mortgage Limited, where he occupied the post of Head, Financial Control & Strategy, in which capacity he oversaw a balance sheet in excess of N6 billion, while performing functions such as cost control, budgeting, performance assessment and cash flow/liquidity management.

A versatile independent consultant with a solid consultancy background in the field of project and programme management. He has worked with foreign governments, international organizations, public sector bodies and FTSE 100 companies and has a track record of working in diverse and multi-faceted teams to deliver complex multi-million pound transformational projects through to delivery. Broad technology experience such as application, Internet technologies, networking and hardware gained through IT project management. Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques and best practice and active in the development and implementation of business processes as well as the coaching of staff in practical skills to support these competencies.
